Here are the nominees for the WIL Awards 2022. In our eyes, if you have been nominated, then you are already a winner but we will be picking two favourites in each category to honour further.

Kael is a star! She is a passionate lighting designer and role model for younger people in the industry. The “Designers Mind” initiative to which she contributes is instrumental in highlighting the issue of mental health in the design industry.
