Women in Lighting Bangladesh Meet up

Congratulations to WIL ambassador, Farahbee Rahman who held a small event on the 8th March - the first official event of the Women in Lighting Bangladesh chapter. 

"It was fabulous! We did not expect there would be a total of eight women lighting professionals' participation. Five in person and three over Zoom attended the meet up. It was so successful that the event stretched from 8 to 10 pm at night.
We plan to have one gathering every month, be it online via Zoom or in person - or combined.

We would like to expand this network and involve mentor architects (women) who are doing academic research or practice merged with lighting. Also, we wish to hold night walks, workshops, and make our industry educated - that was a common goal shared by all in the meet up. We were truly - Re Ignited!"
