#WILOnSite challenge

If you search online for “lighting designer on site”, you will mostly see men. Let’s change that. Construction sites are places for women!

This belief inspired the creation of the new Women in Lighting Utility Belt, designed by formalighting, one of the amazing supporters of this project from day one.

This belt is made for real work on site, to carry your phone, notebook, light meter, and the tools you use every day.

So we are launching the #WILOnSite challenge.

How to participate:

If you have received a WIL Utility Belt:

1. Take a photo of yourself on site wearing your belt
2. Send it by email to [email protected] or upload here 
3. Share it on social using #WILOnSite and tag @womeninlighting

Important: Only email and form submissions will be entered into the competition.

What’s the prize?

All submissions will be entered into a lucky draw for a 2-night trip to Milan Design Week 2027, generously sponsored by @formalighting.
