WIL Entertainment Sessions 2026

The Women in Entertainment Lighting Sessions are a full-day event offering inspiration, education, motivation, networking, and personal and professional development. It is a unique opportunity to be part of  the growing community of women in lighting. 

For the fifth year running, the event will take place at the Ayrton HQ in Paris, featuring an incredible lineup of female speakers from diverse lighting backgrounds. This year, we are thrilled to welcome trailblazers from the worlds of Architecture, Light Art, and Stage Design. Attendees will also have the exclusive opportunity to experience Ayrton’s latest innovative technologies during a special showroom demonstration.

The event will be proudly hosted by Sharon & Martin from Light Collective, Linnea from Topstage Sweden, and supported by Ayrton.
