Everyone is invited to the Rosa Stunde event which will be held at ISE on Feb 5th.

This gathering of women in the entertainment industry was founded by Marc Lorenz and Solveig Busler in 2011. This initiative primarily aims to unite women from various departments within the industry—including lighting technicians, sound designers, video operators, riggers, photographers, purchase managers, bookers, production managers, and many others.

It is important to note that this gathering is not exclusive to women; it welcomes the support and participation of men who are committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the field. Over the years, the event has garnered widespread support and acceptance throughout enterprises and associations. While the hosting company changes annually, the time, date, and core message of this meeting remain constant. 

Rosa Stunde focuses on fostering connections among individuals who have collaborated on the same projects, engaged in countless calls and emails, yet have seldom had the opportunity to meet in person. It aims to build a robust and supportive business network that transcends brands, enterprises, and associations, allowing all participants to strengthen professional relationships within the industry.
