In this session, we cover the key facts every woman should know about perimenopause & menopause and bust myths with science-based information. We look at the latest treatments: HRT and lifestyle options and discuss practical strategies to feel your best and empowered through evidence-based advice. We will also cover how to manage symptoms, protect your long-term health and embrace renewal. 

Whether you are a woman at this stage of your life, a younger woman who knows it's on the horizon or a man who wants to support and understand what women experience, all are welcome.
